Project scope, deliverables, timescales and costs are agreed in writing before work begins. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due on completion.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client, except for third-party assets licensed separately.

Liability

We take care to deliver high-quality work but cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.
